Rental Management Services
- Full service Property/Rental Management
- Kastle-Keepers, our company is small enough that we can provide personal service to all our guest and clients
- Kastle-Keepers, provide prompt response to the needs of or rental properties. Our customer service teams consist of the rental manager, property inspector and housekeeping staff
- Kastle-Keepers, will provide web sites postings of your properties to maximize exposure. We are equipped to accept credit cards, a convenience that our customers appreciate
- Kastle-Keepers collects and pays all of the state and county taxes
- Kastle-Keepers obtains all of the necessary licensing mandated by the State of Florida and the City of Destin
- Kastle-Keepers suppy each of our homeowners with clear and complete monthly statements including rental activity, details of booking, expenses, and year to date income
- Kastle-Keepers rental management commission is 20% of rentals. Owner generated bookings are billed at a flat $30. inspection fee.

Inspection of:
- Alarm System, Doors & Windows
- AC or Heat System
- Change Filter as Needed
- Adjust Temperature as Necessary
- Circuit Breakers, Televisions & Phones
- Lightings/Timers, Change as Appropriate & Adjust Blinds
- Hot Water Heater/Water Softener for Leaks
- Ceilings/Walls for Stains, Mildew, and Mold
- Appliances
Check For:
- Plumbing Leaks under Sinks, at Faucets and Flush Commodes
- Signs of Pest Infestation
- Water Plants
Exterior Home Services
Perform Overall Inspection, to Include:
- Landscape/Pest Problems
- Weather Damage
- Scheduled Maintenance of Pool/Lawn Service, etc.
- Papers/Advertizing at Doors will be Removed
- Trash Cans will be Returned to Garage
- Water Plants on Decks/Porches
- We will Start your Cars/Golf Carts
